1. Who this is with

2. What SearchBot is

SearchBot is a quantitative research tool. It analyses historical market data for stocks, ETFs and crypto, and produces deterministic, reproducible research results with their own uncertainty and limitations stated alongside them.

3. What SearchBot is not

SearchBot is not a broker, is not a financial adviser, and does not place, route or execute a trade or order of any kind. Nothing it produces is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. A result is a description of the past, never a promise about the future. This section is the one most likely to touch financial-services regulation and needs a specialist's review before anything here is relied on.

4. Your account

You need an account to use SearchBot's research features. You are responsible for your password and for anything done from your account. Registration and browsing are open to an account whose e-mail address has not yet been verified; starting an analysis and saving research require verification.

5. SearchBot Pro and billing

SearchBot Pro is the one paid plan. Its founding price, and whether that price still applies to new customers, is shown on the pricing page before you pay - not restated here, so this document never falls out of step with the price actually charged.

• Card payment is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually according to what you chose. It renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the period you already paid for and does not renew afterward.
• BLIK payment (Poland only) is a single, one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Access lasts for the period you bought (one month or one year) from whichever is later - the moment of payment, or the date your current access already runs to, so paying early never shortens time you already have. You renew it yourself, whenever you choose to, by paying again.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. SearchBot does not see, store or process your card number, its security code, or a BLIK code - the provider's own interface handles those.

6. Cancellation and refunds

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SearchBot to attempt unauthorized access to another account, to automate abusive traffic against the service, or to resell access without a separate agreement. An account used this way may be suspended.

8. No guarantee of availability

SearchBot is provided during a controlled pilot and its availability is not guaranteed. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur.

9. Changes

These terms may change. A material change will be announced before it takes effect for an existing paying customer.
